Registration
Registration (plus optional accomodation) fee includes participation in all Euroschool events, lunches, refreshments during breaks and poster session, welcome reception, gala dinner and excursion. To register, please download the registration form, fill in, and send to euroschool2015@savba.sk by May 1, 2015.
Registration fees (without accommodation):
Early-stage C-MAC scientists 200 EUR
Early-stage non-C-MAC scientists 250 EUR
Senior C-MAC scientists 250 EUR
Non-C-MAC participants 300 EUR
Each C-MAC member institution is entitled to send one young scientist for whom registration and shared-occupancy accommodation will be covered. Please fill in the registration form and submit at latest on May 1 2015.
Additional fees for accompanying persons or special categories will be sent upon request.
Accomodation.
1. CMAC SUPPORTED PARTICIPANTS who signed up for provided accomodation will
be accomodated in HOTEL DRUZBA, street Botanicka 25: http://www.hoteldruzba.sk/
** UPON ARRIVAL: take taxi to Hotel Druzba, street Botanicka 25
** From hotel Druzba downtown : any tram (4,5,6,9) or buses 30,37 ; 15 min timewise
** From hotel Druzba to the Academy/euroschool site: ca 20 min
(a) walk toward Lafranconi bus stop passing Botanical garden and Lafranconi bridge. Alternatively, take tram 4,5,6 or 9, direction downtown, just SINGLE stop.
(b) CROSS the road to the OPPOSITE direction bus stop (opposite direction to downtown). Take bus 30 or 37 to Patronka. See the map!
2. PARTICIPANTS ACCOMODATED DOWNTOWN: transfer to Academy of Sciences site by buses 30 or 37, starting from bus stop Most SNP near the St Martin s Dome. Takes less than 15 min usually.
3. ALL PARTICIPANTS. See this map for detailed instruction for getting to the euroschool site in the areal of Slovak Academy of Sciences, from the bus stop Patronka.

FRIDAY s EXCURSION EVENT: we will visit Bratislava s factory of Volkswagen. Volkswagen requires for safety reasons that: (i) visitors wear trousers ; (ii) and closed shoes (not sandals for example). Please take this requirement into account when packing!
TICKETS : buy 1 hour tickets for 90 cents, from the kiosks, or automats located at the stations/stops (needs coins). The tickets have to be punched in the machines inside the vehicle.
