Registration
To register, please fill the following form by September 20, 2026.
Each ECMetAC member institution is entitled to send 3 delegates for whom there will be no registration fee and accommodations (for three nights, November 23/24/25/26, 2026) will also be provided free of charge. PhD students may be asked to share a double room. Please follow the registration deadline in order to assure the availability of your accommodations. Should any ECMetAC institution wish to send more than 3 delegates, then the supplementary delegates will have to pay the registration fee (please contact the organisers by email) and book their own accommodation.
Poster guidelines
Conference posters should be printed not to exceed A0 portrait format.
Accommodation
Conference participants will be accommodated in Hotel Polonez (Building S-2, Reymonta 15, 30-059 Kraków) and Guesthouse Antica (Czarnowiejska 76, 30-054 Kraków).
Workshop
The ECMetAC Days 2026 in Krakow will be preceded by a workshop devoted to the extremely current topic: "Innovative Researcher: Artificial Intelligence and Ethics", which will be organised 3-4 hours before the Welcome Party (November 23, 2026).
